Welcome

I'm Linda, a psychotherapist who works primarily with neurodivergent adults—those who identify with ADHD, Autism, or related experiences. My work is grounded in the belief that neurodiversity is a natural and valuable part of the human spectrum, not a problem to be fixed.

A Practice Rooted in Neurodivergent-Affirming Care

Many of my clients arrive after feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or pressured to fit into systems that don’t reflect how they think or feel. Therapy, here, is not about compliance or correction. It’s about coming home to yourself—at your pace, in your language, with your ways of knowing fully respected.

Therapy That Adapts to You

I offer psychodynamic talk therapy alongside active mind-body therapies like EMDR and hypnotherapy. Some sessions are deeply reflective and exploratory; others are experiential, somatic, or structured for sensory safety. We work together to find what fits—no pressure, no hierarchy of methods. If it doesn’t feel right for you, we don’t use it.

Understanding Yourself More Deeply

Sometimes we begin with assessments—not to label, but to understand. Exploring executive function, sensory patterns, or relational history can help clarify why certain strategies work (or don’t) and how to move toward a life that’s more aligned with your needs and values

How We Work Together

In therapy, we collaborate. You are the expert on your lived experience; I bring tools and clinical insight. I’m trained in several approaches that allow us to work with complexity, including the inner parts of self that may carry old stories or survival roles. We support them with curiosity, not critique..

You Don’t Have to Mask Here

If you’ve felt out of place in past therapy spaces, I want you to know that it doesn’t have to be that way. You don’t need to mask, perform, or explain away how you show up. I hold space for who you are—not who others told you to be.
